Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026 · Last reviewed: August 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Development Data Analytics, Inc. ("DDA," "we," "us") handles information collected through this public marketing website, developmentdataanalytics.com.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies only to developmentdataanalytics.com — our public marketing website. It does not apply to the DDA application itself (the software platform used by our customers to process draws, budgets, and project data). Use of the DDA application is governed separately by our Master Services Agreement (MSA), which customers accept the first time they log in. If you're a customer looking for how your project data is handled inside the application, refer to that agreement rather than this page.
2. Information we collect
This marketing site is intentionally simple, and collects very little:
- Information you submit voluntarily. If you fill out our "Request a demo" form, we receive the name, work email, and role you provide, so we can respond to your inquiry.
- Standard technical/server log data. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and site-operation purposes. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.
We do not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers on this site as of the effective date above. If that changes, we will update this policy.
3. How we use this information
- To respond to demo requests and general inquiries submitted through this site.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and normal operation of the website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
Information submitted through our demo-request form is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business contacts, unless you ask us to delete it sooner (see Section 6 below). Standard server logs are retained for a limited operational window and rotated automatically.
5. Your rights
Regardless of where you're located, you may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you that was collected through this website.
6. Requesting deletion of your data
To request that we delete personal information you've submitted through this website (for example, a demo request), email us and we will process your request. Every request we receive is logged internally with the date received, the requester, and the date it was fulfilled, so we can confirm it was actually completed — not just acknowledged.
We aim to fulfill deletion requests within 30 days and will send you a confirmation once it's done.
Request data deletion →7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information collected through this site, including restricted server access and encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for every connection to this website.
8. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
